Tylor is an expert in multifamily real estate, having spent his career sourcing and executing acquisition and development opportunities across the Southwest for distinguished institutional sponsors such as Crescent Communities, Toll Brothers, Hines Interests, and Bridge Investment Group, totaling over 4,800 multifamily units. As Director of Development, Tylor recently led the development and expansion efforts of over 1,200 units for the 5th largest manufactured housing portfolio in the U.S.​

​Tylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.
